Hey y’all! It’s still October, which means I have to post something pumpkin related (typical, I know!) I do like Starbucks’ PSL, but honestly I’m not too crazy about the amount of sugar that’s in it! I prefer my coffee a little sweet with a light creamer. I usually use Califia Farm’s Almond Milk Creamer in Vanilla (omg this stuff is SO good!) but I was feeling a little adventurous and decided to create my own creamer with… you guessed it! Pumpkin spice.
This creamer isn’t the kind of creamer you’ll find in the grocery store. It’s light (meaning, it won’t turn your coffee a super light color), completely made of real ingredients and it’s dairy free. This is a great alternative to regular coffee creamer, especially if you’re on Whole 30 (I think this creamer would be approved, but I’m not 100% sure), if you’re Paleo, Vegan, or if you just feel like trying something new!
This recipe makes enough for about 5-6 10 oz. cups of coffee, depending on how much you want to put in it. You’ll get a delicious taste of pumpkin spice, but still taste the yummy coffee you just brewed.
Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
Servings: 5-6 10 oz. cups of coffee
That's all you have to do! It's easy and sometimes I wonder why I don't make this more often.
